Turning Points of My Personal and Career Development as an Introvert

I was 27 years old and I had worked for about 2 years before that and graduated from master degree. My long-live assumption was still valid: being an engineer fits my introverted personality. There would be really few interaction I have to do with people, I had to do most of my work by myself, align with my manager only and attend the team meeting. Then, the day arrived when I had to actively looking for information on my new job, by calling the colleagues abroad.
